1.) Bleeds should
be .25 around the entire image. Banners should have a 1" bleed
around the entire image to allow for hemming. Remember to leave room
in your design for grommets and/or holes, so it is best to stay at
least 1/2" away from the edge (in addition to bleed area of 1").
2.) Create the
artwork in the size of your final output. For example, if your
design is for a 2' x 6' banner, then your artwork should be 2' x 6'
at 300dpi. If the file would be too large, you can save it down to a
percentage so when we receive it and make it 100% it is full size.
3.) Create
your artwork in CMYK only. In order for us to match your colors as
close as possible, it is imperative that you supply us with the CMYK
value for each color in your artwork. It is suggested that you
include the PMS (Pantone Coated Colorbridge) colors if matching is
necessary. Shades and colors vary by computer monitor.
4.) Only send
us files that you would like printed. Sending additional files may
result in the wrong files being printed.
5.) Because
digital print colors can vary, if you are sensitive about color, we
suggest that you ask for samples to ensure the final product is to
your specifications. We are not responsible for color match issues.
6.) PDF Files,
EPS, .AI and high resolution JPEG files are preferred. No .gif files
as they are low quality images. Also, copying pictures/logos from
websites and saving them as a file is not recommended as these files
are low resolution.
